Simon began his career in the City in 1989 and soon transferred to Hong Kong where he built the leading franchise in Asian equity derivatives broking at Tradition Financial Services. He moved into capital raising and alternative asset management in the 2000s with Wedge Alternatives, before moving back to Hong Kong in 2009 with Sunrise Brokers as Managing Director and Head of Asia. Between then and late 2016 when Sunrise was successfully sold to BGC Partners, he expanded the business to a headcount of 40 and led Sunrise to a top 3 or better market share across all major equity derivative markets. He also developed a research led Corporate Broking business, raising money for companies and entrepreneurs via debt, equity and derivative structures. Simon founded Helix Climate in early 2022.

Richard has over forty years’ experience building sales and trading businesses in financial markets globally.

Richard started his career trading on the London Stock Exchange floor, before becoming Head of ADR trading for County Natwest and then Barclays in London during the period when ADR trading became a major influence on pricing international shares on the LSE and NYSE. In 1989 Richard moved to New York as Head of Equity Trading for Barclays.

Returning to London, Richard set up and led Peregrine's Indian Sub-Continent GDR trading and sales, enabling the opening of the Indian market to international share trading. In 1999 he joined Mirabaud in London. 

After successfully sales trading European equities for a decade, Richard transferred to run Mirabaud Asia in Hong Kong, where he built a market leading team. 

Ultimately, he was headhunted to serve as Head of Equities by Sun Hung Kai, Hong Kong's largest independent bank, developing a successful Institutional sales and trading business before SHK were taken over by a Mainland Chinese bank. 

Alan has 29 years derivatives and equity trading experience working his entire career at Timber Hill, the market making and principal trading firm that is now Interactive Brokers. Timber Hill, founded in 1979, was a pioneer in electronic and algorithmic trading. They were the first to use handheld computers on exchange floors as well as the first to connect a fully algorithmic trading and back-office system into exchanges. Timber Hill created a dynamic trading system performing well over a million trades a day and at its peak, trading over 12% of the daily volume in exchange listed equity and index options worldwide. 

Alan began his career in Chicago and moved to Hong Kong in 1996 to expand Timber Hill’s growing presence in Asia. He was in charge of derivatives market making and principal trading for the Asian region which included Hong Kong, Australia, Japan, India and Singapore where Timber Hill held a dominant market share. Alan served as a director of both Timber Hill and Interactive Brokers in Hong Kong, a director of Timber Hill in Australia and as a member of the Timber Hill global steering committee. As Timber Hill shifted their focus from market making to brokerage under Interactive Brokers, Alan decided to return to the United States in 2017.

Serena has joined Helix Climate to work closely with the Partners in all aspects of the business, but with a focus on sales.​

A recent graduate of the University of Edinburgh with a multi-faceted skill set, she brings a keen intellect and boundless positive energy to the business.
